How is that no one has written in on Squeaky yet?! They're the ass-rockingest band in Gainesville, all of Florida, and most parts of the world (excepting Burundi).
Crikey on a cracker, they're amazing!
(A little too much chorus pedal on the guitars, but still-- [and that's a little 'in joke' for those in the know])... Seriously, I'm glad to be alive in the same timespace continuum as Squeaky. The songs are great, the records are listenable again and again, and the live show will shear the ears from your skull.

Boy, did I love the Squeaky shows. I'm glad to find that they are still playing! If you ever come across a copy of "Schnell!" on Lesson No. 7, you'll hear me and my pip-squeak friends squeaking back-up. Good times. I miss Gainesville.

I agree with Ned, if rockingest is a word, then that is what they were. From the first time I saw them play at Rickenbackers (what the hell were they doing there?!) to one of their last shows at Common Grounds, they pushed air out of speakers like no one else. They also had their own dance move, the squeaky stomp, that they brought out during the half time heavy parts. I know Ned knows what I'm talking about. They never gave me their most recent cd...fuckers! So I guess I'll just have to rock out to "King Me" until Harry or Steve discover the post office.
