Uh, I should keep my mouth shut but I also used to hang with Brad Burns and had a fling or two with him as well. We were all a close knit group :-)

Brad Burns is a special intense person. As great of a guitar player as he is, he is just as in depth in his understanding of people and life. One struggles to remember all of the intense face ripping moments he dished out over the years (esp 1989-1994) as he evolved in terms of tone, taste and tech. It matters not that he never got the gigs he more than deserved for he became a symbol of staying true to the instrument and the world.

I used to Bar tend at Barnicle Jacks and Brad would come to play weekly it seemed with his band. Red diamond I think? I was always blown away by Brad's playing. I love Floyd and requested he play some. Well the next week he played two!! And killed them! I also used to Jog and hang out a little with him. He was dating the "fish girl". Anyone remember???
