I saw them play at The Hardback. I probably tried to get in free 'cause I worked at Spec's with Chuck and Ed. But, knowing the Hardback, they probably made me pay anyway.

It was worth it. The show was excellent. I don't know if I've heard much like it before or since. It was a sound maybe like Slowdive or Rosewater Elizabeth: slow and beautiful.
