Oddly enough, there were two of us named Mike Cripe playing in G'ville. I am the older, fatter and probably more brain damaged of the two who plyed guitar in G'ville from 1984-1996. In addition to the bands listed here, I played various pick-up gigs in country, rock, blues and jazz bands. I now live in Tampa, playing in a soul/funk/R&B band called "MoBetta." The younger Mike Cripe played in Chasing Poppy and was also a visual artist in various media. Peace.
