I was searching the internet and what do you know, I just happened to run accross a band from Florida (later relocated to Ohio) by the name "Sinister Grin" Small world isn't it! I formed a hard rock act here in Los Angeles California in the winter of 1194 and we recorded and performed under the name "Sinister Grin" for the better part of six years. What is even more ironic is that the titles of some of the songs are "very" simular. For eaxample, "Time Has Come For Action" on my album and "Time For Action" on the Ohio Bands. Another example is a song titled "wasted" on our album and the Ohio bands track "waistin Away" Very7, Very strange indeed. Now I'm not saying or implying that either group ripped the other off in any way (that would be a mute point anyway since it sounds like both bands are finished). I'm am just trying to make a case in point to all of you up and coming new groups out there. MAKE SURE that you have an extremely extensive "Title Search" performed before you decide to publish music under a particular band name. Sicerely, "D"
