Jesus Crist, it's Brad Wallace, Not noise. The Brad started the lonesome strangers. I'll click there and see if he's mentioned.

If I recall correctly, this band made their own instruments. Admirable I suppose. The problem was that the instruments would not stay in tune. The resultant cacophonous caterwauling was taxing to say the least.
