Living in Los Angeles I played with Joe after the "SO WHAT" album in 1975. We toured every major city in the U.S. Then played the world tour in Amsterdam,Germany and the U.K. The highlight being shows at Wimbly Stadium and Doger Stadium with The Joe Walsh Band, Elton John, The Eagles, The Beach Boys and Shaka Khan. Elton John's birthday party in London was an event one had to be there to really appreciate! If you remember Joe's album "YOU CAN'T ARGUE WITH A SICK MIND", it was recorded live at The Shrine Auditorium and I played on it. Joe was really great to work with!

I was hired to play in Jackson's band after he heard me play in London with Joe Walsh's band. We played the U.S., Canada, Europe(with Warren Zevon opening, he played the first half of his set on guitar and piano then Jackson's band, me included, played with him on the last 4 or 5 songs. Warren was as entertaining off stage as on! Next I played with Jackson in Australia and twice in Japan. Jackson having a way with words is an understatement!

In 1979 I was hired by Melanie's Husband/manager in L.A. to play keyboards with Melanie for a short East Coast tour culminating with a concert at "Carnegie Hall". Even though I had played larger halls in New York City such as "The Academy of Music" and others, it was nice to play that venerable place where so many wonderful musicians have performed.

At this time I'm working with Scott Hamton helping him arrange his ideas and playing keyboards recording and mixing at George Clinton's studio in Talahassee.
