so we're doing this gig at full circle. i think we were playing off of a morphine theme, you know, the one that goes duun dun, dee do do... when this cat walks in with this humungous triangle with strings. i can't remember anything he played or whether he could be heard at all over the wailing baritones. oh, and dave cramp was on that gig too wiggling some fingers. anyway, we talked and our paths crossed many times over the years. i'd call him a renaissance man. beautiful cat. you can check out his current musical projects at batsauce.com.
