I saw these guys back in 1973 or 74 at the University @ Gainsville. It was "mushroom weekend" and lots of people were making them part of their recipes for the weekend. I was so impressed with these guys. As a musician myself even 30 years later I remember this concert better than many "celebrity" shows I've seen. The Base player played flute and other instruments so when he did this he used a set of organ foot peddles for the bottom end and he was very good at it. As I recall it was a 3 piece band with a big sound. I was really impressed. Enough so that I remembered them and did this search today only to discover they could be found. Are they long defunct or are they still going and did they ever put out any albums? Thanks Mike Kerlin
