The last time I saw Howie I had just cooked him a salmon filet on the grill @the home in Tesuque, May 2002. Every thing was the fuck out of control. I'll miss talking with him

Howie served time with me at Nicolet High School. He played bass with a close friend of ours(drummer) across the street from my house, in what I believe was his first band. My most vivid memory of Howie was of him getting on the school bus (1972 or 3)--his hair in an awesome Afro. He always smiled and acted sincere. Although I didn't know him well, he'll be sorely missed.
