The everlasting memory of Mike for me will be the look on his face back in 1982 while on tour in Berlin. We were having a drink one night, in Mike's room, when the comic, Al Dean, who was also on the tour with us, ran into the room, completely naked, picked up Mike's bar of soap, rubbed it up his arse, put it back on the sink and left, leaving a very brown and white bar of Dove in Mikes room. Nobody understood why, but it did make us laugh. Except for Mike of course, but his face was a picture.
