With the development of events concerning Snake ( Ron Blair ) joining the Heartbreakers..........it has become necessary to dissolve the Dirty Knobs as a live group. Having three members of the Heartbreakers in the Dirty Knobs was never the intention of the band. We have had an incredible good time the last year or so---- playing and sharing the vibe with those who have seen us play. We will continue to record and play as four friends but, peforming live is no longer feasible ---for obvious reasons. Thanks to all our friends and supporters who had fun with us........it's been a blast. Snake , Tiger and Gator look forward to seeing you at future Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers shows. Ape and Gator look forward to seeing you soon with a new lineup. Thank you all........keep listening!!!! Gator
