My friend Kenny Robinson played drums for Dalas Starr here in Palm Beach County in the '70s. When I mentioned to him that Cherry Hump were coming to town to play a New Year's Eve gig at the old Dante's Den nightclub in the town of Briny Breezes, he said he liked them and "they're the loudest band I've ever heard." I went to the show. They were great! This was sometime in the mid or late '70s.
