IMA was actually a St. Petersburg, FL. band. Chris quit in 93 to join Meringue in Gainesville. These guys were an explosive live band....very succinct and raucous barrage of sonic math rock. Way ahead of the trend....long before lots of others. Think they did a split 7" with Home, and have a bunch of other recordings. IMA's free wheeling sound was stellar.
