House Arrest - was formed in the late 1980's after the demise of the last band that Wagner, Collins and Carstens had been in. Adding the talents of Tom (Wagner's) wife Nicole on Rythym Guitar / Vocals and longtime friend Jeff "R.J."Griffin on Vocals / Keyboards, they had a 5-piece band they could work with. Playing many styles, from Country to 60's Classic Rock they played several local venues such as "Murphy's Pub" (Used to be off 34th St.) and the infamous "Bobby's Hideaway" in Waldo Fl. After the split-up of this band Tom and Nicole formed "Better Daze" , Joe Collins joined "The Matt Matthews Band" and Guy and R.J. joined a band in Jacksonville.
