"What" was to some of us what "Operation Ivy" was to others. If you understand what I'm saying, you understand this is one of the highest compliments to be paid.

back in 93...WHAT! was the first underground AND ska band id ever seen, just moving off the island known as key largo to daytona where luckily a coffehouse bar called Up and Atom and later the Blackeyed Susan was showcasing bands from all over the world...many nobodys that have since gone onto great success. i had just formed SKIF DANK in daytona with ole timmers Billy and Jim, and WHAT! changed my life...made me wanna play music for life...now, 12 years later and having been in 3 bands that have toured america seperately and witnessing prolly 15,000 bands on the underground level, they are STILL THE BEST BAND...and undoubtedly, the best SKA BAND (whatever the hell that is)! VIVA LA WHAT! www.skifdank.com www.greengoblyn.com
