I don't really have a big story to talk about concering Against Me, just the simple statement that I totally think they're ranking up there as one of the best anarcho/activist/kickass bands out there right now. After listening to their stuff, I was inspired to actually get my ass out there and fight the fight on a bigger scale than just local representation.

Against Me! is the best band i have ever seen/heard. they played the appalshop, in whitesburg, ky. last august and blew me away. and i didn't have any money to buy their cd so tom gave me a demo tape. nice guys and awesome music. i haven't been the same person since...and that's a good thing.

Against Me!is the best fucking band ever! I saw them play at Planet 505 in Syracuse, NY 10/19. Their music was just so awesome, everyone was skankin' around! If you get a chance you have to pick up their cd, what can I say, Against Me! is one of the best bands out there right now their messages reach out and unify everyone!

the first time i heard against me was last friday night. i was sitting in the back seat of my friends car going to philadelphia. somehow the combination of the southbound pennsylvania turnpike, the hundreds of headlights staring at me, and against me was just perfect...so, i thank them for making my night even cooler.

Against me! are fucking awesome. I saw them in mrr and downloaded a shitload of songs. They are very original and inspire me, the only shitty thing is that i live in new brunswick canada and i will never get to see them play live.

Last night I saw Against Me! in New Brunswick at the Somerset Inn. They were fucking amazing. Tom had me cracking up inbetween all the songs, and when their set was over and the entire crowd started chanting one more song they actually did it. Rock. Against Me! is one of the best bands out there and I'm so glad I got to see them.

This is definately the band to see. I have seen over 5000 bands in my years in the music business and this is the best reincarnation of REAL punk I have seen in a long time. The lyrics will prove that alone. I recommend that you listen if they come to your venue or town. (and yes, I've seen the Scams also.)

when heard Against Me! for the first time they blew me away. they are incredible. i love how they have their own style and they are really original. i have never heard any other band like them. i wish they would come to KC sometime soon. :(

i saw against me in chigao at the Fireside Bowl after hearing about them from my buddy in fl. It was the best life music experience i have ever been apart of. Thier energy was amazing as they put their heart and soul into every fucking song. Come back to Chicago very soon!!!! Please!!!!

I heard against me about a year and half ago when i had a cd my teacher had copied for me. it was the shit. Reinventing axle rose is a kickass cd, better than i ever imagined. I love this fucking band they are true to the game of punk and i hope they stay that way.

i saw against me in a smelly little basement, in lynbrook, long island in new york. they are gettin huge now...damn rockstars, the first time i saw them, there were ten people watching and no one knew the lyrics... the second time...there were 75 kids in a room that holds no more than 20...now they are huge.. good job boys

i saw them at the underground at uncg months ago. fucking awesome. i didnt know who they were at the time, but after that show, it was on. i bought all their cds, and a shirt. i hope they come back here soon... one of the best bands out there right now, by far!

Their music makes my brain feel bad. My friends play that shit in the car all the time, and after about 10 minutes it actually starts to hurt. I would comment on the lyrics, but I really have a hard time making myself pay attention.

I just got into Against Me! in september when i went to see a hot water music show in Gainesville--I've been a fan ever since. Their music is just great and they put on an amazing show with tons of energy. You don't know them till you've seen em live.

Ok, first off, they rock. Everybody that visits this site knows that. I want to the may 20th show in Bellingham and it was perfect. They put out all they were worth and the fans went crazy. Well,... as carzy as u get in Bellingham. it was great fun, and in the end, a friend and i got tees, and Jordon signed our (get this) arms.

Hey there all, I live in St. Petersburg Florida and have had the joy of knowing Tom and company for about 6 years. I have been a loyal fan to Against Me! since their inception. Great band. I met Tom at a Crasshole Collective meeting sometime in '99. He told me about his little acoustic demo tapes he recorded and how he wanted Crasshole Records to put it out. He sent the tapes to Jordan at Crasshole, he made a self titles 12". And from there on in, Tom has been recording under the title Against Me!. Tom is one of the greatest guys you could meet. I am glad he is one of my friends. I also have known the guitarist James since about 97/98. He used to play guitar in the band called The Scams. Just a local crap band. Anywho, they used to practice two doors down from my house; so that is how I got to meet him. This band is amazing and I will always keep in touch with them; even though they did move two hours away from me and it is a pain in the ass to go visit them. great guys. highely recommended music. xoxo A//E Nick

Dude if you haven't heard this band you better find your way to one of there shows cause they're fucken awsome. I saw them play on october 25 2003 it was the hichlight of the show. The band AGAINST ME is fucken unbeliveable. Dude i almost fell off a speaker, all because I just wanted to catch a glimsp of them.
