What can we say about Natas? He liked to play up the Satan thing and become a devious late night woman killer. Tho, he had groove and the spirit; the dark side of the force was at his back the last I saw him. His lateness and general unprofessional altitude brought forth the waiting for Nate thing, tho the trait was not as charming as he thought it was; nor was he. I do wish BrotherNathan the best and hope that he realizes that the darkness is not really all it's cracked up to be in the fact that it's just a shadow of the all pervading light anyway. His immediate talent at the kit is nothing less than a sign of a GIFT from GOD and one wishes he is using it for this purpose and I DON't mean in the fundamental christian sort of way. GO audition for FISHBONE my boy. Your strong Will has potential and the mud and murk of the Gainesville underbelly is nothing but a track record of what is possible. By the way, Waiting for Nate was the sheer vomitous beginnings of the "we want to sound like Pearl Jam" revolution that has spawned more crap in the music world of mediocrity. GO FUNK SON! ANd I like Pearl Jam!

OH HOW TRUE God Jr. -the words that you express! I knew Natas well. Although the years have just reached the double digits..He comes to mind infrequently when Im reminising about those days in the Gainesville FLorida heat, crammed together with several dozen other bodies at the The Hard Back, bouncing heads and booties to some unique local funk. I wouldn't have given up my Gainseville days for the world. Natas was a large part of the whole experience from the 1st day I pulled into town. His charm and talent, not only musically, was hard to look away from. But over the years in knowing Natas, although his potential for success is ( was ) strong, His approach on life was dark, pretty selfish and irresponsible. He knew this. The talent he had at the kit and the bands he performed with was very impressive and enjoyable to listen to. He has a very unique and destinct style. This was Nate's life.(excluding ofcourse the late night woman prowling) The last I spoke to Natas, over 3+ years ago, He seemed to have continued high hopes for making it big somewhere, Atlanta, Athens, who knows. I do wish Natas good fortune and good health, hopefully he's grown out of the drug stages in life and walks down a brighter path. If ever you bring your musical talents to the Rocky Mountains Natas..look me up, I'll bring my 2 beautiful blue-eyed children to see you jam. PEACE !
